Madison is currently an SFU Biological Sciences undergraduate student with a major in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation. Madison has previously completed a work-study semester in the Brown Lab in Spring 2026. During this time she assisted on various projects, including looking at mercury concentrations in St Lawrence Estuary Beluga prey samples through the use of a Direct Mercury Analyzer (DMA-80). 

 

Madison will now be completing a directed study semester in the lab looking at long term changes in diet and mercury concentrations in Chinook salmon stocks of the Fraser river watershed.
