Mitchell Hoyle

Mitchell.jpg

Mitchell has always had a passion for the living world around him. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in biology he sought to further his development in the field and began working for the Vancouver Aquarium as an Aquarium Biologist. For three years he got to work with his favorite species of frogs and learn from some of the top animal care experts in the world.

From here his passion for biology only grew and now he assists Dr. Tanya Brown in running the day to day operations of the lab. From studies assessing the food web of Resident Killer Whales to projects looking at the contaminant load in ringed seals, Mitchell assists with everything from field work to office operations.
